For employers hiring in the US
Applicants who fit the job, not everyone who clicked apply.
RemarkableCandidate sends you candidates who were screened against your posting’s requirements before they applied, each with a résumé tailored to the role and a complete application.
- Screened against your posting before they apply
- At most three applications per person to your company
- Every answer comes from the candidate
A shortlist instead of a pile
A broad search gets you every applicant and leaves the sorting to you. We start from people who are actively looking and have asked us to apply for them, check each one against what your role needs, and only the strong fits apply.
Tell us where your roles are posted and we will make sure they are in the search our candidates are matched against.
How candidates are matched and checked
We read your requirements
Each posting is read for what it asks: the field and role, level and years, skills, licenses, degree, work authorization and sponsorship, schedule, workplace, location and pay.
Sample posting
Registered Nurse, Med-Surg1
We are looking for a nurse with two or more years of acute care2 experience. An active Ohio RN license and BLS3 are required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US4; we do not sponsor visas. Nights, three 12-hour shifts5, on site in Columbus, OH6. $38 to $46 an hour.7

- AuthorizationRequired, no sponsorship
- ScheduleNights, three 12-hour shifts
- LocationOn site, Columbus, OH
- Pay$38 to $46 an hour
A sample nursing posting. Seven requirements are read from it: role, level, license, work authorization, schedule, location and pay. Each candidate is scored against them
From their résumé and their own answers. Only strong fits go further. A hard mismatch, such as the wrong field or level, a place they cannot work, or a missing license or work authorization, rules a candidate out whatever the score.

Why it beats a broad search
A hard mismatch rules a candidate out, whatever the score.
Requirements checked first
You read applications that already meet what the posting asks for, not every one that came in.
People who chose roles like yours
Each candidate picked the roles, places and pay they want. Nobody is sent to a job they did not ask for.
No sourcing hours
No job board blasts, database searches or cold outreach to find the few who fit.
Nothing invented
No made-up experience or credentials, and no guessed answers on the application.

Questions
- Are candidates vetted?
- They are screened for fit: checked against the requirements in your posting, as described above. We do not run background checks or verify employment, education or references. Do those as you normally would.
- Do candidates know they are applying to my company?
- Yes. Every candidate signed up to have us apply for them, told us the roles and places they want, and applies in their own name.
- Is anything on a résumé made up?
- No. Résumés are written from the candidate’s own experience. When an application asks for a fact we do not have, we ask the candidate instead of guessing.
- How many applications will one person send us?
- At most three, to different roles at your company.
- Why do candidates email from @remarkablecandidate.com?
- It is the application address we give each candidate. Mail you send to it reaches the candidate’s dashboard. Interview invitations, assessments, offers, requests for information and recruiter messages are also forwarded to their own email by default. Their replies come back from the same address.
- What does it cost?
- Employer pricing is not published yet. Request access and we will tell you before anything is agreed.
